Patients – Call Us First!

Masters in Home Care has a full complement of health care professionals that are prepared to respond to the health care needs of our communities. We understand the extreme caution and concern from patients and families requiring health care services through this Covid-19 pandemic. However, Masters in Home Care has initiated the following protocols to ensure the safety and wellbeing of our patients and staff:

  • We pre-screen all of our patients prior to every home visit
  • Our staff is providing self assessment of symptoms and logging their temperatures twice daily
  • Our staff has been provided with all the PPE required: N95 respirators, masks, face shields, gowns and gloves
  • All clinical staff have distancing from other clinicians through remote meetings, case conference, and patient review
  • Any staff members suspected of exposure through travel or social contact will be quarantined for 14 days

Our clinical team is ready to provide the necessary nursing and/or therapy services that you or your loved one needs through this challenging time and beyond. We will stand by you and help you navigate through an overwhelmed healthcare delivery system, and be your advocate for the proper care and safety you need to stay healthy and safe.

If you have any questions regarding the safety of our staff, precautions you should be taking, or any other concerns with the delivery of our services, please reach out to us personally. We are here and ready to move forward through this difficult time together.

Stay Safe,
